Summary

Adrienne speaks with Louis Weinstock. Louis is a child and family psychotherapist, the co-founder of the charity Apart of Me, and the author of the book How The World Is Making Our Children Mad And What To Do About It. For over 20 years, Louis has guided children and grown-ups through some of the toughest challenges life can throw at us – loss, trauma, divorce, burnout and breakdowns. And he's worked with people from all walks of life, from the most privileged to the most disadvantaged. He believes when you strip back the veil, we are all simply confused, vulnerable and luminescent human beings, trying to find our way home.

His book How the World is Making Our Children Mad and What to Do About It: A field guide to raising empowered children and growing a more beautiful world is out now, available in book shops and online.
