I want you to turn your Bibles to Exodus 18, pardon me,

Deuteronomy 18 and Exodus 20.

I was thinking about explaining you.

I know Exodus 20 and Deuteronomy 4

where the 10 Commandments are.

So we'll get to Exodus 20 in a moment.

And you can go just to Exodus 20 if you won't.

But I'm going to read a passage in Deuteronomy 18 first.

So we're in a series called Relationship. the commandment, which was I believe that there's a principle behind each commandment that is a principle

of relationship.

And so we talked about the principle of priority.

This weekend we're going to talk about the principle of purity.

I believe this is the principle behind the second command.

Now, the reason I want to read Deuteronomy 18 first is because the second command

this series and this message

because the second command begins with these three words

you will not.

Or the old King James, we say thou shalt not,

thou shalt not, thou shalt not, thou shalt not thou shalt not thou shalt not okay seven out

out of the ten commandments begin with the words you will not you shall not you will not

okay but I want you to understand that God is not saying that

because he's a prude and he doesn't want you to have any fun.
