realized that while I was relaxing, they were actually working. I was going to school, but they were

clocking in day and day out, reading lines, memorizing scenes, and obviously still having to be

normal kids, hopefully, on the back end. But today's guest is more than just someone I watched

on TV. They were absolutely everywhere in the 2000s

from dancing alongside Missy Elliott in the iconic work-it music video to starring in Cheaper

by the Dozen, Camp Rock, and the Sweet Life of Zach and Cody. They've been a massive part of

millennial pop culture. Since then, they've transformed into a multi-hyphenate,

creative force, dancer, actor, singer, voice artist,

and now an outspoken advocate for performer wellness

and industry reform.
