So, I say fun fact, but it's really like 45 minutes to an hour of in-depth conversation about one specific topic.

We're going to talk about the food pyramid and how it's a horrible, horrible way for you to eat.

This was like almost two years ago and it just never got

published for whatever reason and so now it's in it's an old style like the old

style before you were on the camera we could do like a throwback Thursday

you know did much more with the production so yeah we're gonna get into that we've

also got feedback from last week's episode, practical

knowledge section of course, got some good stuff lined up for that, Q&A and a wrap-up.
