Chris Jones, Chris Ashton, Hugo Mondier, Danny Care,

and the first round of the new season of Premiers rugby

is up and running albeit guys in unique and emotional

circumstances. The games on Friday pushed back to the weekend.

I was at Worcester, Hugo, you were at Exeter,

as you were playing in the Exeter Game, where there were lots

of different ways for people to play their respect to her

Majesty, the Queen, National Anthem, the minute's silences,

her picture on the big screen before the game.

And would you say, guys, very much a sort of subdued atmosphere

with that kind of lack of pre-match, half-time entertainment

for obvious reasons?

Yeah, 100%. It was a weekend that would never be forgotten.

So it was great to see everyone come together to support

their teams for those 80 minutes, but there was an undercover

and of the greater situation surrounding it. And the nation,

like I guess, is reflecting how the rest of the world are feeling.

And yeah, it was certainly subdued especially for round one.

Yeah, I spoke to Steve Diamond afterwards, actually,

about playing in those circumstances.
