Summary
When most of us think about leadership, we think about inspiring, motivating, and influencing others. But rarely do we think deeply about our vision for a business, organization, or family. Ironic considering vision is the foundation of inspiration, motivation, and influence.
Today, I am privileged to be joined by a man who has been a tremendous leader to me on my path to build and lead the Order of Man movement. We cover so much in this conversion including the importance of a "vision grid," how to effectively respond to resistance, four characteristics of great leadership, the difference between your "circle of concern" and your "circle of influence," and the power of vision-driven leadership.

MICHAEL HYATT
My guest today is Michael Hyatt. He is an author, podcaster, speaker, and former chairman of Thomas Nelson publishing.
I came across Michael's work years ago as I was launching the Order of Man podcast and for the last 5 years, I've been following his advice and implementing his strategies for growing and leading a movement, building effective organizational strategies, and taking charge of my business and personal life.
So, when his team reached out requesting to have Michael on our podcast, I jumped at the opportunity to have a conversation with a man who has been extremely influential in my life.
He is a New York Times Bestselling author and today, he is here to talk with us about his new book, The Vision Driven Leader.
