I hope everybody is doing well and I have been desiring to get back to this microphone.

We've had a little interesting stumbling here getting into the new year and so before I get

into the content of today's episode let me just do a little administrative things here and so

to say first of all yes Sean is not with me today because his schedule

would not allow it. And in fact, I was having some complication with mine. And then it got uncomplicated.

And so I said, Sean, I can record today. But then he wasn't, it wasn't good for his schedule.

So I just broached him on what I'm doing right now,
