I'm trying to get it together.

Yeah, you got energy.

You have a different energy today.

I know.

It's, you know, partly because I got professional hair and makeup done.

And I have so long. And you look fabulous by the way.

Well, and you know this is all a part of, we've been talking about wellness.

This is day one of my from fries and I was saying to you before we started it's a whole new vibe right like it's

pouring rain outside in Maryland it's pouring but I don't have to go out there. You know I woke up this morning feeling energized

It's the same schedule nothing has changed about my schedule I stuff to do all the stuff I have to do today

But I just woke up with a

different frame of mind a different attitude just knowing I didn't have to leave the

house today it changed something about my day I mean so that is my

line down it's a whole new. I love that you advocated for yourself.

Because it's just a lesson to everybody else. You know, if you don't ask, you know, you never know.

Maybe they'll say no, maybe they'll say yes. But, you know, you never know. Maybe they'll say yes, but you know we got to lean into self-care. I'm so glad you did that.

I did and it's like I wouldn't have thought if Jayden had and said that to me that day he was like why we have this whole studio down here done you might as well use it
