this lesson that I learned. I don't remember where I picked this up from because again, these are

just old notes that I have in my office drawer. And so I wanted to share these with you because I was

reviewing these this morning. And I just thought that they would be fitting for a podcast or for me to take the information

that I'm learning and regurgitate it because that's when information is most often

stored in a deeper part of your memory is not just when you read it for yourself and try to

implement it quietly for yourself. But part of mastery of

anything is not just learning it, but putting it into repetition. So teaching something that you're

actually learning is a good thing for you because it'll allow you to, you know, have that thing

that you want to know more about, better stored in your mind. So
