Yeah, my backstory, the simplest way to look at is I'm a word nerd. I'm just a geek, right? I was always the kid with his nose buried in a book all through elementary school or junior high and high school and went to college and was an English major and the chance to play with words and the chance to use language and

language and rhetoric to start the building of relationships

between people, between brands and their customers, and between any two audiences you need to get, it just frankly turns me on.

So I had a 20 year professional corporate career where I did things like sales and marketing and

customer support work ultimately alliance management speech, and the two threads that ran through everything I did,

were, I would always advance by being a clear communicator and I got lots of credit for my ability
