Hello, empaths. We hope you're having a beautiful week. Today we're going to continue our discussion on ancestral healing. So Denise, last week when we were talking, we were talking about some of the things that connect past life healing and ancestral healing and how a lot of this is all stored and uploaded to our higher eighth chakra.

And I find that interesting, meaning that it's up there and we just have to use some of the

techniques like journeying and meditation to really access those memories.

Well, I think it's really interesting because I do have that logical, practical side

of how are we finding these?

And I've done a lot of regressions with folks over the years,

and many, many, many people will say, how do I know I'm not just making this up? Because that's

what it feels like. And it's that similar feeling of when you get an intuitive hit, is this real

or is it something I want? Is it something I'm making up? But there's usually a spontaneity to it.

And we've talked about those tendencies before. But to me, it makes sense that if there would be,

and what I'm finding in my own work is that I'm accessing things that I'm able to validate

through research or through looking up, that I have no conscious knowledge,

training, or understanding of. So you've heard me, yeah, we're on and on and on.

I've been able to witness this firsthand. It's fascinating. Like, you'll email me or we'll jump

on a call and you'll say, oh, I got this name or this date in

a meditation and then you're able to validate it. It's been really, really cool to witness.

Well, thank you because it's also so fun. It's really fun. But I think that the idea that we

have access to everything that we've ever experienced. And for some folks,
