Well, this is a special day and we would have wanted to do this a lot sooner, but we were all

trapped in whatever's been going on for the last two years.

And we finally decided that we needed to show honor and love and respect to law enforcement

here in our city and it's a joy and a delight for us to do that.

And you're probably wondering why I read Matthew chapter 27 and maybe you were wondering

until I got to the final verse.

Go back to the final verse that I read, which is Matthew 27.54.

And it says there, now the Centurion and those who were with Him keeping guard over Jesus

when they saw the earthquake and the things that were happening became very frightened and said,

truly this was the Son of God.

If I had a title for the message today, it would be the policeman and the Son of God,

the policeman and the Son of God.
