In uncertain days, it is important to remember that our world is getting ready to meet God.

We are all getting ready to meet Him.

The King is coming.

Today, we join Scott Pauli in walking through the final book of the Bible, the Revelation of Jesus Christ.

The chapter of Revelation that we are studying right now is Revelation 19, and it is a very important chapter.

Now, all scripture is important, but Revelation 19 is a transitional chapter.

It shifts. There's a change of tone in Revelation 19.

There's a shift from earth to heaven, from darkness to light, from

judgment to victory. We're moving away from the portion of Revelation that has dealt with the

judgment poured out on the earth to now seeing the great celebration going on in heaven.

We've been studying specifically the marriage of the Lamb, the union of Christ and his church.

I'm looking forward to that, aren't you?

And we come to a verse in Revelation 19 that I want to pause today and just pitch my tent at, if I may.

I want to camp in Revelation 19, verse 10 today in one verse because I believe that this verse is not only important to Revelation 19, it is important to our entire study of prophecy.

Here's the verse. Revelation 19, verse 10 says, and I fell at his feet to worship him, and he said unto me, see thou do it not. I am thy fellow servant and of thy

brethren that have the testimony of Jesus, worship God. For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit

of prophecy. What an amazing verse. Here's the setting. John, who has been witnessing all of this in

heaven, is overwhelmed. He just overwhelmed. And what is his natural response to fall on his face?

I think when we get a clear glimpse of God's glory, that should be our response. It should always

be one of worship.

You can always tell when people have gotten a clear glimpse of heaven because they see

earth differently. They respond differently. The problem was when he falls at the feet of this
