Well, Mother's Day is upon us if you're listening to this in real time, and I'm going to tell you all about a real mother of a day.

We always have an odd one in the crowd.

So it's kind of odd.

No, it doesn't strike me as a little bit odd.

It's the Bob and Sherry Oddcast, and stuff we wouldn't, couldn't, or shouldn't do on the regular show. Now, here's the odd cast. So if you've listened to

the Bob and Sherry show for any length of time, you've probably figured out that, you know,

my big thing in life has been being a mom. Like, it's just been, I've just enjoyed it so much. I've

loved every age and every stage.

And, you know, I sat and cried on the air for weeks, you know, about my kids growing up and going off to school.

And even though you're so proud and it's what's supposed to happen and you're so blessed and lucky that those kind of dreams get to come true. It doesn't necessarily mean that

you're not allowed to, you know, grieve these changes. And, and, I mean, this is how much it's

been for me. Like, I started saving for my girls to be able to go to school the week Olivia was born. And all of my future

plans were all about my girls. I sort of forgot to plan. Once they came along, I sort of forgot

to plan my own future, which feels like a big empty horizon with no landmarks right now when I look forward because I was

so focused on them and I brought a lot of baggage to parenthood. You know, I brought a lot of like

my own broken early life and all the things that I craved that I didn't have when I was young

and a kid. You know, I brought all of that with me and was determined to do it all very differently.

And one of the things that was so important to me was to be there for big moments in my kids' life. So,
