After listening to this podcast from the bottom up, I noticed you have

a lot of Filipino people writing in.

I am Filipino and almost all the women on my dad's side of the family seem to see spirits

more often than others.

It still surprises me to hear things on the podcast that have happened to us.

But those are stories for another day.

This one is something that happened to me and my younger cousin.

Back in 2006, my family built a home in central Texas.

When we initially moved in, nothing weird happened.

But as the months went on, weird stuff started happening all the time.

According to my friend that was from the area, the neighborhood where they built their

house used to be farmland for as long as she could remember.

And nothing was done with it until they broke ground for the neighborhood.

I get thirsty at night and would often get up and walk to the kitchen for some water.

One night, I noticed a shadowy figure standing in the entryway to our house.

I thought it was my eyes playing tricks because I was tired.

It wouldn't be there every night I got water, but every now and then.

Over time, the shadows started taking shape.

First, it was a tall man with a notable afro, then a blob.
