so this week has been really interesting from a media consumption standpoint in it.

I don't think we're doing the normal Patriot scandal thing.

That scandal has come and it is gone.

When I saw the initial report, I thought this is going to be a news cycle swallowing story

that a apparently rogue employee filmed the sideline in Cincinnati.

This is not much of a scam.

Judy Batista, the NFL Network reported the people in the League Office who have seen the tape,

essentially say that it's nothing you wouldn't get from a normal TV copy.

But what I find interesting is that that really hasn't stopped us before.

Deflategate was illegal in the same way maybe running a red light is illegal.

And now I understand we'll get to the first spygate,

spygate 1.0 as they're calling it now in a second.

But I think that the capacity to be really upset at the Patriots has diminished.
