And in traditional Sminty fashion, we are not starting off the new year with organizational tips or resolutions.

We are going to look at the physical and mental toll the pandemic is having on women.

So yeah, I mean, it's never ending.

So why not?

It's never ending.

And I don't know.

There's something about you know being two years into a pandemic almost and seeing all these ads for exercising or getting.

I don't know getting a better shape or eating better and just being like.

Right.

I mean, essentially with a new variant, I'm like, well, I'm still not working out because I will not go to the gym.

No, yeah, I'm not prepared for this.

Obviously, so I will continue to stay home and just pretend like it's been the last two years still.

Yes, yes.

And we're big proponents of taking care of yourselves and ourselves, you know, sometimes.

Don't get the mark, which you're going to be talking about.

I will say I totally understand there's no real trigger warning.
