So we appreciate I think you're also our first three-peat. Yeah, oh definitely. No, you're like... You're up on the wall of honor. You're the

Well, since you're here, we decided to do an expanded version of the game we play at the end of every

episode where we look back at Oscar history and change it

except at this time thanks to your expert knowledge we're going to kind of look at the

ripple effect and if you give an Oscar to someone in a different year

which is what we do at the end of every episode what happens in the years after that we'll kind of see what transpires from there.

And then from there we'll dive into another aspect of Oscar history, which is their terrible

track record with rewarding comedies, and it shows no signs of stopping anytime soon as

indicated by a couple of new releases that are comedies and very well reviewed that

have no Oscar Buzz at all. The Oscars eventually learn to accept sci-fi as we

know so what's the hold up on comedies but before we

get started I wanted to instead of the weekend Oscar news because the weekend

Oscar news is pretty slow I wanted to look at last weekend's big movie X-Men

apocalypse which Richard you and I both saw and
