All right, 321. Hi, this is William Ramsey. Welcome to William Ramsey Investigates. On tonight show, I have a very special guest. He comes to us from Canada. His name is Igor Sarsky, S-R-S-K-Y. He and I have been in contact and discussing certain aspects of what is known as the Smiley-Face Killers Phenomenon. I've made two documentaries on the subject and at least over 10 or 15 one-hour

interviews also kind of investigating it and a lot of videos as well on my YouTube channel at

William Ramsey investigates but we've got some interesting or he has some very interesting information

that I think kind of comports or overlaps with this phenomenon

and he can talk about it in greater detail. So Mr. Sarski, are you there?

Yes, well, thank you for having me.

Awesome. Well, I'm glad you agreed to the interview. I know you and I have been kind of chatting

about this for people who haven't heard of you. Can you talk about your background and how you became interested in the

smiley face killer subject? Well, it's funny that you should mention that because I do have a

personal connection, so to speak. About 10 years ago, I was in university in Montreal, and somebody who I knew through a mutual acquaintance, you could have called him a friend, was actually a victim.

So some of you guys, some of the viewers may know him as Matthew Besner. He is on the Footprints website.

His case was really interesting and piqued my interest, so to speak, in this phenomenon,

the Smiley Face Killer phenomenon, so to speak.

Besner was eating dinner in old Montreal and was drugged inside the, inside the, um, restaurant.

He exited the restaurant under the pretense that he was just getting cellular signature.

Um, he was rambling or he was wandering around downtown Montreal for a little bit.

It was last seen by a shopkeeper in a completely drugged out state looking for directions.

And the next thing they knew, three days later, he was found in the Lachine Canal.

What was so interesting about that case to me is, first of all, the victim in question was definitely known to be quite

intelligent. He is not your average person on the street. He has a fairly good head on his shoulders.

Also, the Lachine Canal at that time of year,
