| 0:00.0 | That's where we're like, okay, let's try out this crazy idea of paying all of our employees the exact same rate, including ourselves once it came to paying ourselves. |

| 0:21.0 | So we're implementing that as well. And we just kind of went down the list and looked at pricing and it's like, okay, well typically companies price at a certain price to, you know, make certain percentage with wholesale |

| 1:19.7 | What really helped us with that is we were able to clearly lay out to them all of these feelings we had and kind of all of these values that we hold as a company and that allowed everything to be distilled down and when it came down to it the words |
