We discussed what's happening with the USL,

her ownership with the NWSL expansion team in Los Angeles,

finding her leadership voice,

and then she indulged me, of course, in some Boston Breakers and WSA memories, or WUSA,

if you were around back in the day.

All right, so we're recording on Wednesday afternoon, and Everton have advanced to the

final of the FAA Cup on Thursday. We will find out if

Arsenal or Manchester City join them in that match. And we do expect to see Rose Lavelle make

her Man City debut. NWSL ratings dropped this past weekend for the lowest ratings of the

fall series so far with Chicago versus Washington dropping below 300,000 viewers for the first time to come in at a total of 299,000.

The next two matches on TV move to CBS Sports Network, so definitely do not expect this sort of

bounce back above 300K. These next two weeks with CBSN definitely is on less televisions than big CBS to just keep

those expectations at a healthy level.

The Matildas have found their new manager and Tony Gustafin, who U.S.

Women's National Team supporters might remember from his time as an assistant coach with

the team.
