Hey everyone, welcome to the Peter Atia Drive. I'm your host, Peter Atia.

The drive is a result of my hunger for optimizing performance, health, longevity, critical thinking,

0:15.7

along with a few other obsessions along the way. I've spent the last several years working

0:19.6

with some of the most successful top performing individuals in the world, and this podcast

0:23.8

is my attempt to synthesize what I've learned along the way to help you live a higher quality

0:28.3

more fulfilling life. If you enjoy this podcast, you can find more information on today's

but like 500 new podcasts appear in the podcast store every week. That's a lot. Yeah, so I'm not

1:39.2

going to put you in the spot and make you calculate how many podcasts that is in the last year.

1:44.5

And by the way, it's probably more than 500. But anyway, no, the world does not need another

1:48.4

podcast. But I think that what we started out doing last year was a three month experiment.

1:54.0

And at the end of that 12 weeks or whatever it was, I was surprised by how much fun I had doing this.

1:59.6

I was surprised by the feedback we got from folks that said that they kind of dug it. And so
