Oh, what a weird episode last week. My heart is still

racing from it. Still, to this day, when I think back on it. Because to me, as a viewer,

we've gotten into another level of scary with Sandoval. And Raquel.

And Raquel.

And I want to deep dive into it because there's a lot of things that obviously people say like,

ooh, that didn't age well, things that Shina has said, things that a lot of us have said.

And I keep reiterating to Sheena because she's struggling with like, how did I not see it?

And it's like it takes me back to when I was sitting at Lisa Vanderpumps for the tasting season nine.

And I was going in on Brock and I said to Sandoval, how dare you compare this man to my fiance, who is a quote-unquote stand-up man.

And I still, to this day, have to plug my ears when they do a flashback and go la la la la, la,

because I'm so mortified.

So I give Sheena advice, like, you should not be mortified.

You're supposed to trust your friends

you're supposed to defend them in that way but I do understand because I can't watch one scene with

my ex I can't watch a scene with me talking about him it's all just yeah yeah yeah um I want to talk
