In discussions about unity, it's easy to get so caught up with side issues that we miss

the very center of it all, Jesus Himself.

Today as we continue the One Table series, Francis, Lisa, Vince and Joe open their hearts

to talk about who Jesus is to each of them, what they love about Him, and what it means

for our unity when we move beyond Jesus to focus on other things.

We pray that this episode is an encouragement and a reminder to you of the most important

relationship you can ever have.

Well, it's kind of interesting because we haven't even put these talks out there yet,

and people are already asking for us to discuss certain things in the topics.

You know, like, hey, why don't you guys talk about infant baptism or, you know, what I've

always wanted to do?

You know, like, what do these guys really believe?

And so before we go, it's very easy to hit all these topics and have a list of things

we want to talk about.

But I think what happens in the church is we get excited about all those topics, and we

don't go back to what's central, and that gets us in a lot of trouble.

That's what I love about some of the ancient church.

There were fewer words, and it always brought you back to the body and blood of Jesus.

And so I thought for this session without jumping to another topic, I'd like to go to

like, what is the most important thing to us as human beings?

It's this connection to Jesus.
