All right, everyone. Welcome back. Thanks so much for joining us today. I'm

very excited to bring on my friend today as a guest. Her name is Anu Peking and you might know

her on Instagram, but she is somebody who we've kind of just met through the industry for sure,

but have kind of connected over these different things on motherhood and marriage and being

creators online. But it wasn't until last year we were both a participant in the life after

birth project that Nick ran in Toronto that I got to hear just a tidbit of her story with

postpartum depression. Now I've heard of postpartum depression. People talk about it. It's obviously

a lot more normalized now from horror stories to like the everyday woman, but I had no idea that

I would ever come into fearing or existing within any type of perinatal depression like I have

this time. So it's been important for me to hear stories like Anu Pez. It's been important for

me to sit and listen and start to gain more understanding around postpartum depression.

Should it happen for me and should it happen for so many others to know that they're not alone

and that there is so much hope. And I also just want to disclaim this is one person's story. This

is not everybody's story and they are so so different. So with that, I want to welcome Anu Pez
