welcome today's guest. First of all, welcome back. Happy Monday if you're

listening on a Monday. But today's episode's going to be really special because it's

somebody I've known for a few years now. I was a guest on her show and then

we've crossed paths quite a few times since then. She's somebody who gives some of the best hugs in the world and somebody that's taught me a lot and Down syndrome is the least interesting thing about Madison. Madison is an absolute force and she is so smart and so

incredibly creative and so powerful and she is also just won three Webby Awards, everything from Best Creator for Social,

for the People's Voice Winner, Best Influencer 2024, for People's Voice Winner,

and the Webby winner of Best Influencer of 2024.

She recently went worldwide viral for a really remarkable video that she had done all around just the biases that exist around her and

being Down syndrome.

Things like you wouldn't offer, you wouldn't allow her to order a drink at a bar or just different assumptions

that I'm going to be honest with you biases that I didn't realize I was carrying

myself and with Madison she's helped me really see that and really move through learning.

And I have so much to say, but I want her to be able to come into the conversation too.

She's one of my favorite people ever,

and she is such a light in this world.
