but this one is particularly something I never would have thought to have the opportunity to talk about and explore.

As many of you know, I am a huge fan of Friends.

Friends is the show that got me through some of the hardest days of my life.

And the passing of Matthew Perry, I think, impacted so many of us.

And it impacted the conversation that we were having around

addiction and recovery and what that looks like for people. And so much has gone on in terms of

his story and his legacy. And I am beyond honored to welcome his sister here today, Caitlin,

who is with the Matthew Perry Foundation of Canada. Caitlin, thank you so much for being on the podcast.
