Summary
Zehra is a fitness coach, kinesiology and Cityline expert and founder of FitNest. Her focus is on fitness, food, family & travel. But it’s rare that you see a fitness influencer that isn’t showcasing their body or that generally doesn’t create body-centric focus to fitness. Today we discuss that and how she’s navigated her own personal success in an industry built on optics. It’s a unique approach based on an individual choice and one that I hold so much respect and admiration for as I’ve been a witness for Zehra’s many years online and in the fitness space. We talk about her online journey, the importance of fitness beyond optics, and simplifying the process for us, especially as we age (and perhaps require modifications).
