But the story doesn’t begin or end there. Avery is a mixed-race Black woman with expertise in Diversity & Inclusion, while also being a serial entrepreneur. However, this didn’t stop her from being gaslighted in the workplace, by a white woman. 0:57.9	invest in that in a really tangible way. And we ended up having so many amazing conversations
1:03.1	ended up changing the way I took on speaking engagements and really just grew into so many learning
1:10.0	lessons along the way. And so I'm really excited to bring her on today to have some like really

1:36.8	and your just back goes up and you're ready. And I remember I looked at it at a stoplight,
1:41.7	which I should not have been doing. But it forced me to put my phone down and I was like, no,
1:47.3	can't. And I can't even I have to process this. And through that point from that stoplight to being
1:52.4	home gave me so much time to digest and put my reputation aside, put all my defense of this aside
