Hello my friends and welcome to another episode of the Robcast.

This is episode 168 and this one is called The One About Boundaries because this episode is

the one about boundaries and you know I love a good title but the one about boundaries

I am brings me a particular level of joy because in a couple of episodes ago I mentioned as an

aside you know I probably should do an episode on boundaries and a number of you grab hold of that

and you were like wait wait wait don't throw that out and not do that and it's also interesting

because of traveling around and meeting so many of you how many people have questions about boundaries

and by boundaries I mean what do you do with awkward tense toxic draining dysfunctional

relationships what do you do with people who take shots digs lights at you how do you

think about interactions that don't bring life but drain you feels like a chunk of you got taken out

because of that interaction how do you think about all this and are there new ways to think about this

and so that's what we're going to do in this episode I want to talk about boundaries and what they

are and how it works and we'll cover all sorts of territory a couple details real quickly
