a sleep podcast to enjoy relax and

fall asleep to tonight we are on season three episode seven of the office and it is the branch closing so we're going to be having

uh... gym reunite with his family here

you know spoilers are off the table here, because we're here to enjoy a show that we are all very familiar with.

As always, I want to make sure everybody sleeps well tonight, want to make sure no or everybody

tonight, want to make sure nobody is using

wired headphones, either wireless headphones

or a small speaker is preferred.

I want everybody to be safe and relaxed out there.

And go ahead and make sure your sleep timers

are set for the appropriate amount of time

for the end of the episode so that you don't wake up in the middle of the night and hear some other

podcast or at the end of this podcast here something that might wake you up at as

a at a listener request I cut out. I used to have an outro which was the intro and then

you know the song the music would play again the the guitar would play again, but I heard it wake people up.

I am very open to feedback on this show.
