Tonight we are talking about season 3 episode 2 the convention.

that I think we're gonna start to see a lot more of.

I believe there was an

episode in season two where we had them at least them individually. It's an

interesting one and this one of course we're going to be headed out of the office for most of the

episode and you know I think we reiterated on the last episode what is all about what the podcast is all about making sure

people sleep and I also like to always give a reminder about your sleep timer so I

hope your sleep timers are set. You know I didn't really find for me. I'm

set in mind for 24 minutes. I've actually gotten a habit now of sleeping. I had

slept to sleep podcasts definitely while I was traveling but I've now found myself

to do it almost every single night that I'm going to sleep.

And I just use one air pod as I'm going to sleep

and I'll switch them through the night.

And I find that my air pods are dying way faster

that never hurt because they're basically have to charge completely full again each day

but that's neither here nor there what I really want bows makes these headphones

that are Bluetooth that go inside of your ear for sleeping, but you can only
