The Hello there Nundermyfler Knights and welcome back to another episode of The Office ASMR a podcast to fall asleep to and today

we're looking at season 2 episode 20 called drug testing and this one aired back in April 27th of 2006,

directed by Greg Daniels, of course,

the showrunner and creator of the US version,

and written by Jennifer Salata.

I just, you know, I like to give a little bit of intro before we get to the episode here

because the episode are only 20 minutes long and also thank everybody for the kind

reviews over on the App Store on that Podcast Store because for some reason that's the currency of the podcast world.

I think I'll also do a little bit more discussion about the show, you know, the show, which I normally do, but also just general sleep best practices because it's something

that I'm very passionate about.

I very much prioritized my own sleep. I know it's important for just

daily brain function, overall mental health. Your overall health is very impacted by sleep and so I think I'll just drop a few

things like I did in the last episode about you know cutting out screens and blue lights

and an evening routines and I'm honored that you integrate this

podcast into your routine as well that's what this is all about helping people

sleep no matter what your situation is in doing it in the context of an

amazing television show that I deeply deeply love and I think we may have all

seen John Christinsky's episodes of some good news.

I'd be surprised if you hadn't went pretty viral and especially on the first

episode when they talked to Steve Correll. It's amazing how emotional the show can make you

when you're invested in these characters, but very much appreciated. I also
