Our hope and prayer on the front end is that this year is a whole new year.

New season.

New, new, everything new.

Today, we have a story from Mary Beth, who actually shared at our Birmingham Highway 280 location in the fall.

And so when you hear it, you're going to hear them outside. You're going to hear birds chirping. I kind of loved it. And so this was recorded early

fall, but we saved it until now because we just felt like it was a really important story to hear

in January after the holidays beginning of the new year. Yeah. One of the things I love

about Mary Beth is she's a teacher. First of all, you can tell in her story because she teaches

so wonderfully through her story, but she's so transparent. She's so vulnerable talking about

the struggles she has had with anorexia. And while that seems super heavy, it is such a beautiful

story of redemption that I think that is especially in this new year of just seeing the beauty

that God can bring from ashes is something all of us need. So I think you're really, really going to

get something out of it today. Yes. And just a fun little fact before we start
