Well, let's get into it. So the Arliss perry murder it's probably one of the most

most brutal murders in american history happened what what uh we'm october 12th october 13th of

1974 um and uh yeah so let's 13th of 1974.

And yeah, so let's get into seven questions.

William,

can you tell us, give us some background

on the

Arles Perry case? Who was

Arles Perry? What happened? Where were the

events leading up to the brutal murder? Yeah was Arles Perry? What happened? Where were the events leading up to the brutal murder?

Yeah, Arles Perry was a 19-year-old. She was from North Dakota, I think Bismarck, North Dakota.

She had married another man, Bruce Perry, also 19, and attended Stanford. And she, I mean, there's a lot of background that's included.

And it kind of is actually the intro to the great Mori Terry's book, Ultimate Evil.

So a lot of people may know her name from that.

And then kind of recently in this documentary Sons of Sam, but she was a young girl,

she was a Catholic. She was also kind of an evangelical, had an evangelical sensibility,

but she went to Stanford, was with her husband. And on that night, it was, it's a different time back then, but like, they would leave these

churches open.
