But first, Hurricane Dorian, now a category three, as the storm stalls over the Bahamas.

The National Hurricane Center confirming Dorian continues to produce wind gusts of 120

miles per hour.

Officials expect the hurricane to slowly turn north, potentially making landfall near

the Carolinas later this week.

But anything could happen.

China says it will sue the USA through the World Trade Organization.
