today. But first, Daniel Penny has been found not guilty by a jury of his peers in Manhattan.

The Marine veteran found not guilty of criminally negligent homicide in the chokehold death

of Jordan Neely back in 2023. He was facing 15 years in prison. Jurors deliberated for 20

hours found him not guilty. Jordan Neely's father, who left his mother when Jordan was two, has filed a wrongful

death suit against Daniel Penny.

A person of interest was taken in for questioning by police in Altoona, Pennsylvania.

The NYPD police commissioner said that a 26-year-old was arrested on firearms charges for

now.

It was reported he was

traveling through Altoona on a Greyhound bus and walked into a McDonald's to eat.
