Each year the federal government spends $1.4 trillion on healthcare more than the US military.

Survey from Galapagno finds the world's population more stressed out than ever.

The polling outfit asks adults in a hundred countries to assess their current level of happiness.

Forty percent say they are deeply worried every day.

The highest number on record, 45 percent experience daily anxiety.

The highest level of sadness can be found in Afghanistan or Syria.
