jump cut if Kamala's talking and the camera for no reason cuts to Dana Bash

nodding her head or cuts to what's called B-roll.

It's a random video of the topic they're discussing.

Then the editors probably cut out some audio of Kamala talking.

They jumped away so you wouldn't notice.
