After weeks of uncertainty, the UN Security Council has authorized all necessary measures to protect the people of Libya.

Omar Gaddafi declared to cease fire, but it's reported that his tanks and artillery subsequently

killed 25 people near Benghazi. Meantime in Japan, the danger level of the nuclear crisis has been raised to five on a scale

of seven, making it comparable to three-mile island.

Has that raised the anxiety level in Tokyo?

In the only country ever struck by atomic bombs is their residual fear of radiation,

even for medicine.

And what is it like for workers trying to control one of history's worst nuclear calamities?
