We live in a completely different world with AI technology.

The real estate market is all over the place.

And so I'm gonna share with you what I am doing

across all my businesses.

So if you are a business owner or a real estate investor,

you're gonna be able to take some really good ideas

from this video and apply it to what you're doing.

So the first thing that I am hyper focused on,

especially with my marketing and content, are memberships.

To this point, I've now realized that memberships are so important for two reasons.

The first thing is, if they're structured correctly, they give you predictable recurring revenue.

But what I've realized now, starting lots of different businesses and now with multiple membership communities,

when your membership costs is a lot less, you get people to stay for way longer.

And not only can that be an extremely profitable business on the front end, but it also now

gives you the ability to make a lot of money on the back end.

And the way that you do this is by selling services and other things that your members will need.

So in all my businesses right now, I've got four different types of memberships.

The first membership is wealthy investor.

This is where people can pay a monthly fee to get access to one-on-one coaching, our community.

We even give them leads and softwares, a CRM.

They get all of it as long as they are a member. Now, this is very different than most online coaching companies because now it's not even about the information or the education. It's about getting leads. It's about getting access to your softwares and things that you were going to buy anyways. Because people can start with us for as low as $1,000 a month, whereas before, if they didn't have at least $10,000, then they probably couldn't work with us.

The second membership that I started this year that has been my best membership by far is Mastermind 19.
