Welcome everyone. You're listing two after hours. I'm me here. I'm Rowie and I'm Felix. Hey, how are you guys doing?

I'm hanging in there. I got to say there's like a lot of snow and I'm pulling a little bit of the mid-winter blues. Oh, already. Yeah. Well, you have any ways to get through the mid-winter blues.

1:00.0

I have a very simple recipe which probably has to do with the place where I grew up and that is melting cheese. Could be fondue, could be rock lead. Any form of melted cheese will winter blues be gone? Yeah, that is good. I like that. And of course there's some wine in that fondue as well. That is true. That is fantastic.

Okay, Rowie. What's your recipe? So I like to cook Asian food mostly. And so things that are very comforting are like Sundubu Jige, the Korean soup with tofu and a bit of gochujang that's spicy. It's super easy to make.

Nice, very warm, refreshing feeling. Then also like pud Thai. Yeah. Like how can you not be cheered up by a big bowl of pud Thai?

1:43.0

Comfort food. That is good. I like this. Okay, good. So fondue and a little pot Thai. I can do that. And how about you, me here? Do you have a recipe?

And now I basically make a lot of dough and then I just bake them on demand. So you freeze it?

2:05.0

Freeze it or refrigerate. Yeah, and just six cookies at a time. And then you eat them when they're still piping hot.

2:10.0

I mean, it's not the high road because you're just catering to kids who want a mushy cookie batter. But I'm not above that.

2:16.0

We're not above pandering. Yeah, we're not above pandering.

2:19.0

Exactly.

2:20.0

All right. So I kind of wanted to talk to you both about this $1.9 trillion bill that Biden is proposing and now working its way through Congress.

2:32.0

And it's a big monster of a bill and get your sense of whether this is enough too much.

2:37.0

It's really sparked an interesting debate. So I'd love to talk to you guys about that.

2:40.0

Absolutely. I would love to talk about that. It's certainly timely.

2:43.0
