NBA basketball last night, the Oklahoma City Thunder destroyed the Minnesota Timberwolves in that second half.

They win game one of the Western Conference Finals 114 to 88.

Pretty tough.

The Oklahoma City Thunder, it feels like this is their championship to lose at this point, especially with Boston and Cleveland out in the East.

The Thunder seemed like that Denver series to me was that really tough test that in the past they had failed and they finally passed it.

And now it feels like they're rolling.

Yeah, I'm with you.

Let's see what they do from here on out.

I think that was a coming out for them.

Yes, like they needed to be pushed to the brink and succeed.

You know, maybe the Mavericks pushed them to the brink, but Mavericks won last year.

They needed that really hard-fought seven-game series against Denver, a team that's a recent

champ, and they needed to finally pass that test.

And now that they have, it feels like they think they can beat anybody, and I'd be surprised

if they didn't win the title.

Who knows? There have been a lot of upsets in the NBA playoffs so far, but I'd be surprised

if this isn't Oklahoma City's year. They are so good defensively. They are one of the better

defensive teams we've seen in a long time. All five of their starters last night had steals.

The starters had 12 steals.

And each of them had at least one.

Jalen Williams had five.

They're just really, they just hound you relentlessly defensively.
