As we go into the NBA playoffs, apparently, it's compelling sports television.

Because if you've seen that number that it's the highest TV rating in this first round for

the NBA in 33 years, now some are claiming foul in that it's different because it's on ABC, NBC, and there's the Peacock and Amazon streaming

factor, which all I know is it's measured this way, and that's the highest it's been in 33 years.

In other words, the league has its detractors.

And the fact that they're on some of these games

have been on high-profile networks instead of TNT.

I know that's, there's traditionally been a difference

in the way those things are measured,

and then you have the streaming factor. So maybe it's not this big jump that, you know, apples to apples kind of comparison,

but I still think that's a really good thing for the league. And for those who think that

the league is in a lot of trouble, I think it still shows that they have a lot of really good things going for

them. Yeah, I don't understand why that would be an argument against these ratings. For example,

the ticket, you know, let's say we have this little transmitter 1310, and then we get on a bigger

transmitter, 967, and our ratings go up.

Well, so what?

We got a better transmitter.
