All right, 321. Hi, this is William Ramsey. Welcome to William Ramsey Investigates on tonight's show. I have a very special guest. His name is H.R. L-E-Y. And he was involved in a very important event, at least in my personal life, but also in American history, and that was the death of Vince Foster that took place in July 20th, 1993. He's also mentioned many times in a book that has just come out.

The title of that book is The Murder of Vince Foster, America's Woodie Dreyfus Affair,

written by David Martin.

And I had Dave Martin on earlier he and I discussed one of his earlier books.

And so this book has just come out.

And I'm familiar with D.C. Dave, because he was a voluminous kind of article writer about the Vince

Foster Farrell.

So when I was in D.C. from 1995 to 1998, I was very familiar with that.

I lived in Northern Virginia, fairly close to where Fort Marcy Park is, which is where they found the body of Vince Foster.

So Mr. Churley also was friends with David Martin and was also kind of a citizen journalist and very much involved in this whole story.

So he's going to share his perspective

and how he got involved with the death of Vince Foster and just kind of tell the whole story

from his perspective. So Mr. Turley, are you there? Yes, I am, William. Thank you. Thanks for

agreeing to the interview. So for people who may not have known you or not familiar with the story of Vince Foster,

can you tell people about your background and what happened to Vince Foster

and how you got involved in this story?

Oh, sure.

Well, I got interested in it the day after Mr. Foster died.

Vincent Foster was the Deputy White House

Council in the Clinton administration, and he was found dead in a park on July 20, 1993.

And the next morning in the newspaper, I was reading at that time to Washington Times, and

it reported that his body was found at this park by an anonymous passer-by and that puzzled me.
