on my recording. But I was a little nervous there for a while. It's really really far over here.

Yeah, I've been following the weather all week this week after you told me that there was like a little tropical like system forming.

There was and we're living in it right now.

It did not become anything, but I am here to bring you the news first.

It's just not always factual.

Yeah, so no hurricane, just lots and lots of rain, which is really nothing new for us.

We're used to that in the summer.

So it's okay.

I'm okay with it.

We can deal.

So we have a couple of announcements this week.

We're going to really talk about them a little bit more at the end of the show, but we do have some exciting stuff coming up.

Melissa and I were asked to participate in a live show with our friends at Corpus Delicti,

and we have a lot more details and information about that that we're going to share.

And then we also have a meetup coming up as well.

I know if you've listened to the show for a little while, then you know last year we did

a meetup with some other Southern True Crime podcast. And we did it in Atlanta. And that was so much fun. And we had such a great time. And we're doing it again with the same group of podcasts that was with us last year. And then I think there's going to be a few more this year that are joining us.
