this is today's story is going to take us back to 2005 and to the city of Windsor, Ontario.

This is a story of obsession, manipulation, brutality, and also of institutional failure.

The climax of the story is going to take place in a hospital's recovery room where 36 year old nurse Lori DuPont is assigned.

Her ex-boyfriend, the 50 year old anesthesiologist named Mark Daniel, works in the hospital's

operating room.

Given the hand-in-hand nature of the

OR and the recovery room, Lori and Mark have that awkward experience of

having to maintain some kind of professional relationship after the breakdown of

a personal one. But this certainly wasn't a normal

relationship and was far from a typical breakup. Lori had been stalked, harassed, and

intimidated by the doctor.
