Sometimes a crime gets solved in an unlikely manner.

On November 12, 2007, a young woman later thought to have run off and abandoned her children, was killed.

Her case, one that took years to solve, was finally brought to an end by one of the guilty.

In the year 2007, there were four tenants living together in a farmhouse on Bird Road just outside Pocomoke City, Maryland.

Their names were Justin Haddle, 17, Tia Lynn Johnson, 27, Clarence Butch Jackson, 33, Tia's boyfriend, and

Christine Sheedy, 26. Christine, a mother of three, was having a secret affair with Clarence Jackson,

and though he was keen to keep it that way, she decided she wanted more of a relationship.

He turned her down and angry.

Christine threatened to tell Tia everything about them.

Furious, Clarence decided he needed to do something before she opened her mouth.

Now, there are two versions of this story, but both end in Christine's life being taken away

on November 12, 2007. In the other, one where Justin had a crush on Christine, he allegedly

followed her and Clarence, and in a jealous fit, beat her over the head with a shovel, or a two-by-four,

until she was no longer breathing.

Clarence would later claim that though he was not involved in the murder, he did help Justin buried the body.

Justin would later tell a fellow inmate that he took a kitchen knife to quote,
