Summary

With an extra-marital affair behind them, Allan and Betty Gore seemed to be back on track in their marriage. Betty was leading a Marriage Encounter group, and Allan was trying to reduce the number of work trips that took him away from his wife and their five-year-old and eleven-month-old daughters. When he left on a work trip Friday, June 13, 1980, Allan never knew that would be the last time he would see his wife alive. Their small community would be rocked by a brutal murder committed in broad daylight by someone so close to them.
