Summary

Ok, so the word is real, but the idea that you need motivation to accomplish anything is a myth and a lie that quite literally keeps us unmotivated.

Of all the successes I've experienced, of all the goals I've reached, of all the things I've made a supportive habit out of, none of them came from an abundance of motivation. They came from momentum.

Momentum will finish more projects than motivation will ever even start and I have so much to share with you to make this is a reality in your life.

If you're a chronic procrastinator, a perfection-chaser or a wisher of more will-power, this is the episode you need.
